Cultural Summer
Visselhövede 2016

August 17th to August 21st

We have plenty room for your donation ...

... at our bank-account ;-)

But - no kidding! How is an event like the Kultursommer funded?

We as the organizers work on a voluntary basis and strictly without payment.

The admission-fee proceeds – hopefully – the artists charges, which is approximately a third of the total costs of the event.

Remaining costs are those for advertizing, infrastructure (tents, helping hands, toilets, light and sound, catering, custody, energy, charges and so on). These costs – approximately two thirds of the total costs of the event – are to be covered by nothing else than subsidies. The Kultursommer is benefited by public monies given by Stadt Visselhövede, by trusts and donations by private individuals and business-companies.

Donations are grants, for which we are not allowed to give any consideration - except the issuance of a charitable donation certificate.

Please pay your donation into our account

Please add your address, therewith we can send the donation certificate to you.

Sponsorship moneys are grants, for which we give considerations: We present the sponsors brand logo on our website and link it to the sponsors website. We present the sponsors brand logo in our foyer-tent on the sponsors-wall. In our event-tent we don't want to show any advertizing – but outside there are a lot of possibilities. For sponsorship moneys we write bills for "advertizing" including 19% VAT.

If you are interested in being presented as a sponsor of the Kultursommer please contact

    We need:
  • Your brand logo - digitized,
  • Your web-address,
  • Your official brand-address ffor the bill,
  • The kind of presentation you want and
  • a statement about the amount you want to sponsor.

All that is best to talk about on a personal note.

We strictly assure to treat donations and sponsorship moneys as private and confidential.
